Oak and Luna is a young, fresh personalized jewelry brand for women, celebrating beauty, individuality, and strength.
As an eCommerce brand, content and copy are driving the Oak and Luna business. They reached out to me to create unique, on-brand content for their product/UX, marketing, and support teams.
I collaborated closely with the teams at Oak and Luna to write the perfect content for their various needs. On the marketing front, I helped them write anything from campaigns, store copy, and product descriptions to blog content and more. With the UX team, I worked to optimize cart and checkout experiences, subscription flows, packaging copy, and transactional emails - to name a few. And with the support team, I collaborated closely to create scripts and support replies that'll make customers happy.
The Oak and Luna brand experience got a complete overhaul, with copy and content that were correct, on-brand, and most importantly – effective. On top of that, the various teams were happy with the level and speed of support received in such a close, tight-knit collaboration.
